I would like to learn more about everything, but in particular about the system of a computer. How it works and what works it and break it seem a little bit difficult for many people, so I think I need to know well, and want to be confident to use the computer. I mean that I do not want to always ask somebody help me about the computer easy tasks. For that, I think I require spending much time with that high-tech device. After that, I will be one of the most helpful computer users of the world, perhaps. Anyway, I will keep depending on the computer in daily life forever until I am dead because having the computer is popularity and human’s new style because I can connect to everyone each always by the computer if I have the laptop always with wireless LAN connected to then Internet, so I would like to learn more about the system of the computer. Actually, I think I would learn those things automatically if I used the computer in daily life usually.

Son offers apology for weekend crash

Softbank Mobile Corp. President Masayoshi Son apologized Monday for the system crash. According to Kaho Shimizu, Japan Times Online stuff writer,

Softbank's computer system was snowed under Saturday and Sunday by massive applications following the introduction of the mobile number portability system, which allows people to switch cell phone carriers without changing their numbers. The system was resumed Monday.The computer system was paralyzed when swamped by a huge number of applications that Son described as "beyond our expectations."Softbank acknowledged the computer system did not have enough capacity.To prepare for this weekend, which is likely to draw another massive number of applications because Friday is a national holiday, Softbank will accept only new subscriptions, cancellations and repairs between Wednesday and Sunday.

Also, I can buy forigne books and other items I want, so amazon is one of most important sites for my daily life.

Wikdiipea is good because I can find the basic information about almost everything there. And I can use the site from everywhere whenever. In addition, it has deep and detailed information as much as other encyclopedia web sites. So, it's vry usuful.

Computer Gifts I Would Buy for Friends & Family

Computer gifts...there are many kinds of computer devices; however, if I could want to give sime of them as a gift for my friends or family, I would give an ipod because I think it is usuful and not so expensive.
I have an ipod nano 2GB, and I use it almost everyday in the train, or on the street. It has about five hundreds of songs in its small body. Therefore, it means that I can have a lot of variety of 500 favorite songs always in my pocket. So, I would like them to feel comfortable same as me in daily life. Ipods can contain many kinds of information from the conputers. It is able to be used as a flash memory, so I can put not only music but also pictures, and movies. Moreover, we can see those movies in the ipod's screen. I think ipod will be one of the most important computer device in daily use. I f I see people who do not have ipods, I will recommend those people that you should have ipods.
By the way, recently, the new ipod nano was released. It has 8GB capacity to put the information. It is attractive because my ipod can not have songs that I want to bring.

Social engineering is a kind of criminal related to computer using. It is caused by an outside hacker's tricks in order to obtain information the hacker needs to access to the system. Also, it's to get information from a person without breaking into a system. Moreover, everyone seems to agree upon is hacker has a clever control skill to make people trust him. Always, the hacker's purpose is to gain illegal access to an important system and information. Social engineering is not exactly the same as hacking. Social engineering attack takes place on the physical and psychological. On the physical attack, the hacker attacks in the workplace, your trash, and on the phone.
For example, the hacker walks into your workplace and pretends like a maintenance worker or consultant who has access to the organization. Another way to get information to access a system is just watching employee’s type in his password.
These explanations tell us how dangerous social engineering is and, also, how to protect our information from that danger. I think it's not easy, but, if the security to keep information inside the organization is completely built, the information will not leak out.

What I Want To Learn about Computers

I used to have my own internet on my desk. However, I lost online suddenly like Ikaros because of the rise of ADSL(I used dial up at that time). Therefore, I use that computer for only TV monitor. Now I use one computer at home sharing with my family, but I cannot always use it because of my three young siblings. Anyway, let's get to the point.

What I want to learn about computers is skills that will be neccessary to do something in daily life and on business. For example, when I want to make CG poster, I will need some skills. Also, if I want to edit a video that I record, I will need some skills. Then, I want to learn PC's language if I can to know the computer deeply. I know it's complicated and makes me confused.

I wrote many, but now I think all things I wrote are high level. So I want to finish to learn Micro soft office first. And, After that, I would touch them if I could.

Probably, the most thing I want to learn is just about computer. History, how they work, structure of hard drive, or how to make the computer...

My History with Computers

I met the computer when I was 5 grade in elementary school.
At that time, I used Windows 95, and only I did is playing video games.

Then, in junior high school, I began to use Windows 98. It was nice because it was better than 95. I learned how to use Excel, Word, and Power point. But now I hardly remember all things I learned.

From that time, I began to use the Internet. At first, we need the dial-up-line to access the Internet. However, it required too much time, so it was so uncomfortable.

Today, I have LAN at home. It's easy to use. Everyone can use it. So, people who can use only the Internet are increasing.

Anyway, I likemto use the computer because it's usuful and sometimes comfy.
Recently, I joined some social net working sites(mixi, Myspace, etc...). They are usuful because I can connect always with my friends as if they and I are in the same room.
Furthermore, I began to keep blog as a Journal. It is interesting because I think it has big potential to be everything to tell something to the world.

There is my history with computers. It's so simple, huh?

P.S. I like video games, so I plan to buy new PC gamesoft after I get a new computer.
My computer in my room is already dying.
